On February 9, 2016, LMU celebrated the launch of the World Policy Institute at Loyola Marymount University (WPI@LMU). A distinguished panel discussion included four former U.S. ambassadors: Alan Blinken, Christopher Robert Hill, Rockwell Schnabel, and Derek Shearer. The event was moderated by Fernando Guerra, Director of the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles at Loyola Marymount University.
